Shipping Policy

Every pair of rubber sandals made from car or airplane tires is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans, so a lot of thought goes into the way each item is made and shipped. We work with a global team of manufacturers and shipping services to get your order from the site to your door.

Once you buy, we’ll send you an order confirmation email, with some important details like order number, order summary, total cost, and chosen shipping address.

1. Shipping carrier: USPS/UPS

Your order is shipped to your door. Or your office. Or wherever. When it’s on the way, you should receive a shipping confirmation email.

2. SHIPPING & HANDLING

Production Time: All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days. For all package delivery times, a 'business day' is considered any day Monday - Friday and does not include public holidays and weekends.
Shipping Time: From 8 – 12 business days.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME (Starting from when the order is confirmed)

Delivery Time: 11 – 17 business days.
Tracking Number: When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
Shipping costs: Free shipping on all orders
Insurance: Commit to refund 100% if not receive after 30 days.

Remember, we only ship in business days, excluding National Holidays.

4. SHIPPING COUNTRY RESTRICTIONS

Currently due to shipping, we will only ship to some countries such as the US and most European countries. If when you order you do not see your country, you can contact us, we will review and check the shipping cost and notify you.

5. CUSTOMS RULES

Since all products are handmade and shipped from Vietnam to other countries, you may be subject to taxes.

Shipping can be speeded up by:

Complete and valid payment information (order by direct debit, credit card, paypal)
Providing exact shipping addresses.
We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
