Refund Policy

Note: In case the address is incorrect, or for some reason the customer wants to change the address, we will have to wait for the order to arrive at the shipping warehouse in the US, and we will charge $25 for each new shipping order. (We do not collect this fee, but the shipping party will collect it). We hope that customers remember to check the address when purchasing, as well as limit changing the receiving address after 3 days from when you place the order.

By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies.

At Deplop Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to return or exchange your custom rubber slippers. Please read our return and exchange policy below for more information.

Guaranteed refund or replacement

Orders do not arrive before 30 days from when you place your order.
Your order was lost due to transit.
Defective products, poor-quality or incorrect product...

Eligible Situations for Returns and Exchanges:

Our policy allows for returns and exchanges in the following situations:

  1. Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit and has not been delivered to you within 30 days of your order being placed.
  2. Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you received a pair of rubber slippers with a manufacturer defect or quality issue.
  3. Incorrect Size or Color: If you receive rubber slippers that are different in size or color than the one you ordered.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  1. You report the issue to us within 30 Day of receiving your order. We encourage you to reach out to us promptly for a swift resolution.
  2. Rubber sandals must be intact and have all labels.
  3. You can provide proof of purchase, such as the order number and purchase receipt.

Order Modifications Or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, you have 3 Days to Contact our Customer Service (Detail here) and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 3 days, your order will be shipped from the warehouse and on its way to your address so it cannot be canceled or changed. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the wrong style and size of their purchase, no return or refund is accepted in this case. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page.

Return/Refund Request

We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, if your item has arrived later than committed time (Detail here) or it is received as a damaged item, poor-quality or incorrect product, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

When you return an order, you have a few compensation options to choose from:
Replacement Order - We replace your original order and send you new confirmation and shipping information.
Voucher - We email you a credit code with the same value as your original order, which you can put to a new purchase.
Full Refund - We return the amount to your original payment method (Paypal, Credit Card).

In case your order is stopped or lost by the carrier, we will definitely check with them and resend the item to you or refund you.

How To Return An Item

All rubber slippers are handmade in Vietnam with very high shipping costs to other countries, so in case of return/refund, the received product does not need to be returned, in this case, we will send you a free replacement product with free shipping costs.

If the size or color is ordered wrongly due to your error, we are willing to support processing another product with a discount.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item and contact one of our heroes through our Contact us.

Duration Of Refund Processing

As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get your funds back to you. The refund duration’s depended on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalize refunds within 2 business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual timeframes.

Remember, once you receive your item, you have 30 days to submit a return/refund request. The product is unwashed, unworn and unused.
